My wife and I live in Florida and recently purchased a BMW from this dealer. Purchasing a vehicle without physically laying eyes on it or driving it first can be nerve racking. You’re putting a lot of faith in the dealer. Motorcars Express is a dealer you can trust! They exceeded our expectations in every way. Their lot manager Jimmy took his time to show us the car using FaceTime, pointing out the car’s many features and condition. Their sales team was highly responsive and kept us promptly updated through the entire process. Kim in finance did a great job explaining all of the paperwork and promptly mailing the title etc. The owner Mark was so friendly that I actually missed our conversations when the deal was done. I would buy another vehicle from this team without hesitation!!
