Bought a vehicle a few months back, and the experience was mediocre at best. Mark was a huge help when speaking to him he had answered all my questions. The problems began when I needed to be financed. My credit was good, and getting the loan wasn’t the problem. The problem was the attitude and general rudeness of the “sales” woman, Courtney. She was rude and I felt rushed. When I had questions when outside viewing the vehicle, she seemed either unwilling to answer and I would occasionally get an eye roll as if I were wasting her time. She seemed like she just didn’t want to be assisting me. All in all, I got the car at a great price, got the financing, and the only real issue was the attitude of the young lady who processed me. I would recommend this dealer to others, as it is low pressure and great people, including the porter in the back who brought my car up with my plates (a black gentleman). He was very cordial and greeted me with a smile! But, I would also recommend some people skills for the sales girl!
