We ordered a car online, via CarGurus, from Motorcars Express. The transaction was quick, smooth, and a pleasant experience. The young lady, Janette, who helped us, was amazing. She kept me posted on the process every step of the way. She understood my nervousness of ordering a car online. She would assure me that the car was in good condition and repairs were made that they felt were needed. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable. The car was delivered, to Mississippi, the following week and was even better than expected. The guy who delivered the vehicle was also very communicative with when delivery would arrive and was very nice. I was so happy! They have definitely made a customer for life!
