In all of my experiences with customer service, I have never been accommodated and listened to as kindly and sincerely as Mark and Motorcars Express. Not only do they want to put you in a vehicle that fits your needs, but they want you to feel safe and confident in the vehicle you choose. Mark is a genuine salesman and shop owner who stands by his work and cares for his customers. His staff is also always willing to take the extra step to make sure your needs are met. Clay and Jimmy were especially helpful when discussing options as a prospective buyer and ways to improve the performance of my vehicle.
